「This is a very nicely appointed suite with a complete kitchen just steps from the ferry landings. The check in process is Byzantine with a blizzard of videos but ultimately the process went very smoothly and the host was responsive. Our suite “the queen” was a serious climb up- a total of 70 steps from street level, so probably not a great choice for elderly travelers or people in poor physical condition.」

「The property is located in the middle of where one wants to be when staying in Bellagio. The rooms have wonderful balconies and the rooms are a great size with great bedding. Just be prepared to climb 4 floors of stairs to get to this unit. With that said, it is worth it.」

「It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio」

「Very cute & charming. 」

「Perfect Location! Apartment was spacious and clean. Pool was lovely!」

「The view from this room was really pretty overlooking the lake. It is just up the hill from the train station and the town so easily walkable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was very communicative. We were able to drop our luggage off at a sister property as we arrived earlier than the 2 o’clock check-in and didn’t want to tote everything up and down the hills. The balconies were an added bonus.」

「Beautiful and Relaxing just what we needed and Eros and Daniel are great hosts. We can’t wait to go back!」

「The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. The only real issue I had was the listed address is completely wrong so it took some detective work to figure out exactly where the property was located, which was a pain as it required us to turn around on the...

「This stay was amazing from beginning to end. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful—comfortable, thoughtfully done, and even better than we expected. And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Lake Como. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Claudia and her team. The level of hospitality and service was unlike anything we’ve experienced at a vacation rental. Claudia even picked us up at the ferry so we didn’t have to haul our luggage, gave us wonderful...
