Un’oasi di pace

Abitazioni comode e funzionali in un bel contesto, valorizzato ancor di più dall’area piscina elegante e suggestiva dove poter rilassarsi tra una gita fuori porta ed una giornata in spiaggia. La location infatti si presta perfettamente come base per muoversi verso tutti i punti più interessanti di questa zona della Sicilia. Non si può infine non fare un plauso alla fantastica accoglienza dell’host Giuseppe che sa rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, con attenzioni e dettagli verso i suoi ospiti.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Peppe hat uns viele tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Vor allem das Meer war sehr schön, richtig smaragdgrün. Ein toller, sehr sauberer Pool.

Esperienza indimenticabile!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento "il Fico" per (purtroppo) solo 3 notti! La proprietà è curata nei minimi dettagli, dalla colazione che viene consegnata direttamente alla porta, con corretti e pane ancora caldi, fino alla sera con la possibilità di mangiare sotto le stelle! L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario Giuseppe é stata impeccabile, con simpatia e attenzione ci ha fornito consigli utilissimi per visitare al meglio la sue terra. Con soli 15/20 minuti di macchina si raggiungono alcuni dei posti più belli e caratteristici del luogo come Trapani ed Erice, ma anche riserve meravigliose come quella dello Zingaro. Ordine e pulizia otiimi! È stata un esperienza eccezionale, sicuramente torneremo e lo consiglieremo ad amici e parenti! Grazie Giuseppe! :)

La posizione è strategica per raggiungere in 15/20 minuti le migliori spiagge nei dintorni ma anche anche Erice e Segesta. La struttura è silenziosa e tranquilla, grande e garantisce parcheggi, privacy e spazi aperti riservati ad ogni appartamento e la possibilità di avere bambini all'esterno mentre ci si rilassa senza preoccupazioni. Dispone di una bellissima piscina, sempre attentamente curata, che aggiunge alla bellezza delle spiagge intorno una alternativa direi lussuosa. Noi avevamo l appartamento più piccolo, ma ci siamo stati bene in tre. La proprietà è della famiglia Venza, persone di grande gentilezza, cordialità e, riservatezza. Conoscerete Giuseppe Venza, persona splendida per simpatia e disponibilità e profonda conoscenza e passione per la sua terra, che può dare ottimi consigli sul territorio per le spiagge e magari ristoranti caratteristici. Insomma, questo è stato per me e la mia famiglia un soggiorno perfetto, in una terra bellissima,, in una struttura eccellente e ospitato molto molto bene. Grazie Giuseppe e Viva la Sicilia.

Una casa piccola ma funzionale e ben arredata in una struttura molto bella.

Siamo stati benissimo, sia per la bellezza della struttura, sia per la sua collocazione strategica in un territorio ricco di bellezze, sia per l'ospitalità squisita di Giuseppe e dei suoi gentilissimi e speciali familiari. La piscina poi aggiunge un tocco unico ad un luogo già bello di per sé. Anche nostro figlio e la sua ragazza, che ci sono venuti a trovare per qualche giorno, hanno apprezzato particolarmente questa vacanza. Una esperienza da ripetere.

A very relaxing, friendly place to stay in Trapani.

Giuseppe was a very friendly and welcoming host. Our apartment was generously stocked with juices, ice teas and biscuits. Giuseppe kindly communicated in English, which helped us, as our Italian is limited. We cooked with a barbecue on two nights and made good use of the pool. We were lucky to be the only visitors for most of our stay, so we were permitted to use the pool during some of the restricted periods. If you plan to visit with children it may be worth talking with Giuseppe first, as the pool has a long list of rules. He is very open to discussion, so I can't imagine that there would be any problems. Our apartment was one of two that is separated from a terrace area. They open onto the road that leads from the entrance to the parking area. This didn't detract from our stay as we had a choice of areas to use to sit outside. A car is essential. We chose to walk to the nearest village, Bonagia, one evening but it is not reccommended, as much of the route does not have pavements. Our preferred beach was Scopello, as several of the local beaches are in the process of being widened/developed. The only thing that seems to be missing, is a view out at the landscape. The complex of apartments all look inwards and the pool and seating areas are all enclosed by greenery. Overall, a friendly and relaxing place to stay. Highly reccommended.

A Tranquil escape in the Sicilian countryside

The host family are warm, friendly and helpful. Relax by the pool with a view of the mountains or explore the countryside surrounding and pick fresh fruit from the trees in your garden. The rocky, picturesque coastline and the sunsets into the sea are spectacular. Travel in time visiting the medieval town of Erice and Castles. Have dinner in vibrant and beautiful Marsala town and do a tour of a winery. However you choose to spend your vacation relaxing at the Case of Torre Venza ensures a vacation that you will never want to end.
