There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! "Car park was down a lot of steps from hotel, every time you needed to get car out you had to ask security to come down and unlock the gate, which was a bit of a hassle but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is about 4 hotels and it is a long walk between them and dining or reception along corridors, up and down steps, one nearly needs GPS.
