"On the evening of the ninth, the afternoon front desk, staff Alessandra and Hugo we’re absolutely outstanding. We had checked into a room that had a issue they worked very hard to resolve the issue so that we had a more comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and especially that afternoon staff at the front desk we’re outstanding."

"Clean very spacious room. Excellent buffet breakfast with the most amazing selection of food and freshly squeezed orange juice. Very polite helpful staff. Hotel is very well placed and easily accessible - 5 minutes walk from the metro - easy to get to from the airport"

"I liked the location close to everything, loved the balcony, breakfast was very good they serve different food every day, the staffs were very friendly and helpful but it was a little noisy from the people who were staying there but overall we will come back"

"The Odyssey Rooms, Alicante was an excellent choice for me. It is close to the city centre, the beach, marina and a few minutes walk to the elevator to Castille de Santa Barbara. The hotel was very clean, lots of marble. I arrived around 9am knowing that my room would not be available until 3pm. The receptionist was really helpful in allowing me to leave my luggage in a secure area until check-in. My room was a single but with a large bed, was spotless and had a large walk-in rainfall shower, wardrobe space, TV and digital safe. My booking was for just one night after disembarking a cruise ship, however I could easily stay in the hotel for several nights, no problem. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the food. I really enjoyed the HighBar rooftop bar area which seemed to be popular with other guests. The bar also has a stunning view of the Castille de Santa Barbara and the city over roof tops."
