We had a great 5 night stay. Host was responsive and flexible and check-in/out was very easy. Place was clean and matched pictures, with a few-blocks easy walk to the beach and many restaurants near by. Street parking is free, and didn't have to work too hard to find spots. It's street level, and can be noisy in daytime hours, but windows shut out street noise well when closed.
