Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment in the heart of Valencia. Here you can enjoy a unique experience in a cosmopolitan and urban environment, surrounded by all the amenities and services you need to make the most of your stay.
THE AREAS
Our apartment is located in a modern and secure apartment block, with a reception area and private balcony for you to relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. Inside, you will find two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, all prepared with high-quality bedding and towels for each guest.
In our apartment, you can enjoy a wide range of services and amenities, such as television, heating, air conditioning, and an impressive fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Additionally, the apartment has access to fiber optic and Wi-Fi throughout the floor, so you can stay connected at all times.
Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just five minutes from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Valencia and very well connected by metro and bus so you can move around the city easily and quickly. It is also close to supermarkets, train stations, and the stunning beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarrosa.
In short, our apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay in Valencia, with all the amenities and services you need to feel at home. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms!

- Early check-in between 12.30am and 3pm;
- Luggage storage (Monday-Thursday from 9am to 5pm; Friday from 9am to 3pm);
- Extra cleaning with or without change of towels and bed linen;
- Baby crib.
Other additional services:
- Airport and High Speed train station transfers;
- Tours and experiences with tickets around Valencia (City of Arts and Sciences, Oceanogràfic, Catamaran ride at sunset).
