Checkin experience dreadful as app would not open to allow us to gain access …eventually got in having stood in street for over 30 mins !!!!Nothing in kitchen to start your stay basics like tea coffee salt pepper etc. no bin liners in any bin and nowhere to put kitchen rubbish to avoid smells in the heat and absolutely no instructions for guests to follow or recommendations for places to eat etc.Towels grey and hard!!
