Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location is slightly out of central Valencia but lots of transport options and we walked as well as using metro and trams.
Amenities were also excellent - we managed to do some washing :)
Spotlessly clean, amazing air con and helpful staff. Metro and multiple bus stops near by plus taxis available from the taxi rank opposite by the shopping centre. Some local bars, restaurants in surrounding streets and chain restaurants in the shopping centre opposite. Large supermarket opposite, handy for self catering.
Great location near citytown and parc. Metro and busses are close to the appartement just like the city rental bikes. The appartement is quiet adequate with two rooms, bathroom little bit outdated.
The check in beside office hours is challenging but with some patience it worked out.

Lots of construction and noise . Building was very clean and that includes the apartment. It’s a little out of the way and when you take a taxi , it can pricy
Apartment was clean and tidy , comfy bed good shower, only down side was on going building work on weekdays, noise , if u intend to spend a lot of daytime in room , this may b a problem , otherwise apartment was fine .
The property is very clean and the staff very attentive. When we got in the apartment there were some towels that did not look the cleanest inside a closet and there was no hand soap. As soon as we brought it to the reception's attention, they took care of it right away. Other than that, the place was super clean. There were two families and we rented two apartments. We would have liked to be next to each other or at least on the same floor but that was not possible and we were on the 3rd and 5th floor. It would have been nice to have it differently but it was not a big deal. The building is mostly short rentals so the staff is on site and that is really great. There is a lot of parking around the building and the Corte Inglés is just on the other side of the road. Also, you are well located to take any road and there are several buses that take you directly downtown.
Great location with everything you need provided. I will definitely be booking again. Close to Supermarkets and shopping, but also easy access to local transport for the beach and beyond
I expected a bigger place from the photos listed and staff was not overly friendly. We had to dispose of our own trash into separate recycling bins outside down the street a bit. That bothered me !
Upon entering, our sliding door to the balcony had no locking mechanism, our iron didn't work and the TV wouldn't turn on...they were immediately fixed after I mentioned it to staff. But the entrance door was overkill super heavy duty, not sure why ! But it was secure. And walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours easily.
Overall, I wouldn't return.

Parking in the day time is impossible. The property has only two spots that are already reserved. The public parking is always full, so it’s a risk using your car unlike what was published. Also the description in Orbitz states that you have a view of the City, that’s incorrect too.

When I first arrived, there was a guy sitting in the parking lot and he pointed to a spot where I was to park and told me to back in and acted like he was doing a bunch to help me. At first, I thought he was nice and possibly an employee of the hotel. But then I quickly realized he was just someone on the street hoping I would give him money For doing something that I could do myself. Then the police had to come because people were fighting outside. Then my son got locked in the bathroom because the latch on the bathroom door was stuck. It wasn’t even the deadbolt on the bathroom. It was just a regular latch that should open when you turn the door knob. We had to call the fire department who came at 2:30 in the morning to let my son out. The apartment themselves are pretty nice, but the area is not very nice and I was not impressed that the latch on the door was so old and stiff. I’m probably the only traveler who had to call the fire department, but it was not a good experience because there’s no front desk to call. There’s a Corte Ingles across the street and there’s a Domino’s downstairs so I guess there’s a couple things close by
Los apartamentos está la genial, limpieza y comodidad. Lo único que no me parece bien es que la entrada sea a las 15:00 y tengamos que dejar la habitación a las 11:00, es menos de un día. La zona es difícil de aparcar. Por lo demás muy recomendable
Em frente ao El Corte Inglês, onde tem um ótimo supermercado. Estacionamento nos arredores sempre lotado e o trânsito da cidade é caótico. Melhor não ir de carro. O apartamento é excelente. Recem reformado. Conta com uma sacada. Ar condicionado excelente. Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Tudo ótimo.

Ubrugelig balkon pga vandvarmer og aircon installeret på balkon. Ingen plads til udemøbler, derfor ubrugelig.
Good two bed apt in a convenient location. There's a metro and bus stop outside. Supermarket and shopping centre across the road. It's walking distance to the zoo also which should be on everyone's to do lunch at whilst in Valencia as it's outstanding.
The entrance is scruffy and there's a main road directly in front of the property. It's not got any wow factor really but it's ideal as a base.
