Beautiful apartment in the heart of Valencia, in the parallel to the famous street of La Paz. Very bright, modern and cozy, fully equipped and comfortable furniture for your maximum comfort. All its advantages will make you feel at home, letting you enjoy this beautiful city. Comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a garage in the same building.

Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.

Very close to the apartment you will find the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.

A guarantee of €400 will be requested, which will not be debited or blocked from your bank account. This guarantee will function as a limit as a bond in case of incidents on the property.
