"Although this hostel is a quite cheap place to stay at I absolutely recommend you to think twice before booking. In the shared room THERE ISN'T AC. During summer it's impossible to sleep. If I knew about it before I would stay at a different place for sure. I cannot explain lack of such fundamental deivce in Italy as AC, especially in this region. Bathroom has only access to cold water. Actually it's literally freezing temperature so good luck taking a shower, eventhough outside is 35-40...

"Very clean, well run hostel in a convenient part of town close to the pilgrim trail. Great coffee, clean sheets, warm blankets, good shower/water pressure, quiet, we all had a good night's sleep. Really helpful staff, on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Would stay here again."

"Where to start. I travel extensively and this little gem has been one of my absolute favorite places to stay. The location is excellent and close within 10-20 minute drive of all the wonderful little towns around. Felipe greeted me with a glass of local sagrantino wine and walked me around the borgo giving me the history of the place and it added to the charm of the place. The entire place is extremely clean. The breakfast at 7am at the local bar/café is just what’s needed in the morning before...

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. "Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. "We needed lots of bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and options for relaxation or activity. This property checked all boxes. Management was professional and gracious. Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. The photos of the property, particularly vistas, patios, and pools do not do it justice. Truly a magnificent property!"

Modern hotel on the edge of historic centre
"Lovely, modern hotel just outside of the historic centre of Perugia. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Onsite car parking for a reasonable fee was a very useful facility. The historical centre was a short walk away; the climb to the centre is made easier with the use of a number of escalators."
