Ideally located between the Mediterranean beaches and the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy, Villa Bagatelle offers both tranquility and convenience, making it a great base for a family holiday, a tennis stay, or a relaxed Riviera getaway.
Just 15 minutes from the nearest beach, 25 minutes from Nice and the airport, and 50 minutes from Monaco. The villa’s location is perfect for exploring the French Riviera and visiting nearby attractions in Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. The villa is ideal for 3-4 families and accommodates up to 8 adults and 4 children.
Villa Bagatelle offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom and 1 guest toilet , all the rooms are equipped with AC units:
🔸Master bedroom (on the ground floor) with a Queen-size bed, ensuite full shower room & dressing room, and access to the west terrace
🔸Bedroom 2 (on the ground floor) with a mezzanine bed (1m30), ensuite shower room, and access to the east terrace
🔸Bedroom 3 (on the 2nd floor) with a double bed and a veranda
🔸Bedroom 4 (on the 2nd floor) with a double bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom situated on the same floor
🔸Studio (adjacent to the house and with a separate entrance) Queen-size bed, and ensuite full shower room

💠Parking: 2 private parking spaces are available, one in the courtyard and a 2nd one in front of the gate. Additional free street parking is available. PLEASE NOTE that you need a car to get around in the area, public transportation in this area is very limited.

💠Welcome Basket: Enjoy a complimentary welcome basket upon arrival.

Other things to note:
💠Security cameras are installed outside the house and in the garden
💠Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas (not in the house).
💠The property is maintained weekly by a gardener and our pool maintenance staff.
💠Our cat (Mishi) lives on the property , outside of the house. She’s generally shy and limits her interaction with the guests.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, you will need a car to move around.
The supermarkets are 2 km away: the hypermarket Leclerc, the pharmacie, the boulangerie.
Vallauris-Golfe Juan is ideally located between Cannes and Nice, a great departure point to visit the Côte d'Azur: 10 min to the Golfe Juan beach, 15 min to Cannes beach, 20 min to Antibes beaches. (we'll give you lots of tips about the best beaches, hidden from tourists).
Nice is 30 min away, Monaco 45 min by car.

You need a car to get around in the area. There is a parking place available inside the property and another parking place outside, right in front of the gate. Additional street parking is available, free of charge.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire property
✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.
One week before arrival, you will receive an email from our system called “Check-in”. You must use this link to:
- Upload the IDs of all guests.
- Complete the mandatory €2,000 security deposit.
Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.
✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: As we are fully booked and we operate on a tight schedule between reservations, we can't accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee.
