Quietly situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a 5-story seafront apartment building this is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway with a loved one or a beach holiday with a friend.

This bright and airy retreat is designed for alfresco living. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors extend across the entire living space, opening onto a sunny terrace where guests can relax with a book or simply enjoy the view. Guests can also enjoy a shared pool surrounded by a sun terrace, with direct beach access and lush greenery.

The terrace provides an alfresco extension to the main open-plan living space, which is furnished with a king-sized bed, a wardrobe, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, electric kettle and a fridge freezer.

Studio La Mirandole, is conveniently located very close to the sandy beach of Crique naturiste de la Mirandole in Vallauris on the Côte d\'Azur that you can access . Plage du Solei which is perfect for sunbathing and swimming is less than a minute’s drive away.

The closest restaurants are by the harbour, a 5-minute drive away and there are several grocery stores approximately a 6-minute walk away. For local produce, visitors can head to the market at Place Paul Isnard (an 8-minute drive inland), in the old town centre (every morning Tuesday-Sunday) or the fish market at Vieux Port de Golfe-Juan (a 3-minute drive)

Vallauris is also home to several art galleries and museums, The Picasso National Museum and the Magnelli Museum (both a 7-minute drive) are must-visits for art enthusiasts.
