"Pros: The pool, though not heated was a fine temperature, great views of the mountains from the pool terrace. The rooms are massive, the beds are really big! There are 2 massive tv's that we didn't use. William was really great and checked us in at 1.30am and gave us very late check out! The grounds are the stand out of this place, table tennis, tennis, all equipment, trampoline, lots of place to sit, BBQs, a massive table under cover with lights, a speaker for tunes. "Bonjour, Cette location est géré par une agence immobilière. Ils sont pros, process de collecte des fonds assez bien rodé, rassurant. Une fois arrivé sur place, personne pour nous guider mais j'ai réussi finalement à avoir une personne au téléphone... La propriétaire est aussi mécontente que nous, l'agence n'est jamais venu les voir, l'adresse GPS est fausse. "Such a wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone considering booking. The pool was fantastic and the views were unbelievable. To sit and watch the mountains change colour during the evening was very special. The villa was very clean. No unduly road noise so this did not cause any issues. "Staff were very helpful and friendly, check in was easy and luggage room very well equipped with lockers also, air conditioning leaked quite a bit and could do with extra pillows and towels as only two very small towels given, shower was broken and also leaked hence the extra towels would be handy. Restaurant very good, pool area quite small so need to get there early even out of season. Overall nice location and good stay just a few minor things could make it excellent."

"We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes."

"If you’re looking for a hotel in the centre of Palma this one will be hard to beat. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the location makes all the main attractions, whether sightseeing, shopping or eating out, all with a short walk. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooftop bar/pool are a memorable feature."
