“Das Hotel war super. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Aussicht in der ganzen Anlage war atemberaubend! Den Pool fanden wir auch sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. ”

“An absolutely fantastic stay, directly adjacent to the ferry terminal, with excellent views over the lake, and a great breakfast. I like that Verbania is less full of tourists than Stresa, but still has a wonderful waterfront, great restaurants, etc.”

“Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting.”

“We had a wonderful week at Villa Paradiso. The property is stunning and very well maintained. Our spacious room overlooked the back, which made it quieter and very comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful, with towels readily available. The staff were outstanding – attentive, caring, and extremely responsive (thank you for helping with our restaurant reservations!). Breakfast was generous, with a varied buffet full of fresh options. The rooms were spotless throughout our stay, and the……

“Friendly staff, but we did have two issues. On check in we provided passports etc, but then were expected to hand to a porter as the receptionist had not been able to complete info successfully the first time. Upon check out we were asked to pay for the booking as well as the city tax, when we had already paid the booking online. The hotel is clean but dated by British standards. It’s very pleasant but like stepping into an upper class 80s hotel with all the swags and tails of Laura Ashley! ”
