There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. The parking slots are also very small. Even a SUV would need to take 2 slots to park. Many people including us came with a 9-seater van and took a lot of time and risk to park into a spot.
