「Malta is an exotic place for me.
The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes.
But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place.
The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「The rooms are beautiful - immaculately clean and bright. Each one is equipped with an air conditioner that you can set for whatever temperature is comfortable for you. Every room has a nice TV, a sink, and a little fridge and a microwave. The water pressure in the showers is great. The free breakfast is excellent: with a selection of eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, cheese, and meat. Kirkop is near the airport and it’s a quick ride (via Bolt - it’s like Uber) to a number of beautiful attractions....

「I arrived early and was able to get in by 2pm. Room 7 was a very good size, very clean and the air conditioning worked well (doesn't run if you're not in the room)
Breakfast was good. Eggs and bacon cooked to order with fruit, cereal and toast also available.
Great location; one block up from the waterfront and quick walk from the 'Torri' bus stop.」

「Lovely unique hotel. Staff were amazingly helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop terrace was absolutely wonderful with an honesty bar so you can have a drink while you enjoy the view. Only thing to be aware of is the shower gel and teas and coffees in the room didn’t seem to be replenished every day.」

「The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was excellent for us to explore Valletta and Birgu. The hotel was perfect for us, the pool and garden area were lovely.」
