"Everybody was great kind professional, and helpful. I haven’t stayed at the Hyatt in a while, but they even allowed us a late checkout at 6 PM Prior. We stayed at the Hyatt a lot, but I haven’t done any business with them for five years and they were still amazing. I would stay there again. In fact I probably come back and do a Whighan tour and since we stayed there till 6 PM we spent a lot of time at the bar so they definitely made extra money that they probably wouldn’t have made if they didn’t allow us a late checkout. "

"Well I got kicked out because a long time ago I had a room in my name there and there was an idiot traveling with us who was a friend of a friend, that I already didn’t like. In the end i decided to leave no before going to the front desk and letting the general manager at the time know exactly what was going on with this guy who was totally wasted. I expressed that I was going to leave and not stay the night, didn’t want a refund, I wanted to leave and remove my name and liability/responsibility for the room. The GM and I are figuring things out GM when here comes the wasted douchebag starting crap with me in from of a crowd of people waiting to check in. The GM asked us both to leave. I left and hadn’t been back since. I was invited back a few moths later by the bar manager who noticed I wasn’t coming around anymore. He understood the situation. So I was staying for 2 nights this time. First night went great, then around 11am I went to get an additional room key…all good. At 1:30pm I get a call on the room phone. Some gal, a manager I presume, telling me I’m not allowed on the property and I will be refunded after I leave-didn’t happen! I asked why, was told because I had damaged property! That’s why I didn’t want my name on the room! I wanted to leave because of the idiot. And I told the GM that and he understood. I didn’t damage anything, always respected the resort, and have spent so many $1000s that you’d think they’d consider me a valued Guest. But no!"

"Sandman is a true diamond in the ruff. The room was well maintained and updated, the property was immaculate, no sketchy people, it was nice just walking around the property, bravo!!"

"Beautiful historical building in the center of town. Lovely, welcoming lobby with a wine bar, gorgeous room flooding with natural light, close to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. A 10-min walk to Luther Burbank Gardens. Staff is super friendly—everyone! A nice little continental breakfast too. "
