The space
This Home is located in Valley Stream Long Island Nassau County .
It is a 3 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms
I do live here but I travel for work, when am in town during that time calendar is blocked and I use the Master bedroom/Bathroom which I keep locked at all times.
Hence why listing says 2 Bedrooms
on 2nd floor you will find

BedRoom 1 is a nice size room bright lots of natural light 2 windows, has a king size bed, closet, dresser, flat screen TV, side table with lamp. beautiful area rug.
BedRoom 2 is very big and long so we furnished it with 2 full size beds and a pull out couch. lots of natural light very bright with 3 windows, flat screen tv , closet & dresser, side table and lamp, beautiful area rug and pull out couch which can sleep 2.
Total beds 3, 1 pull out couch and air mattress available . Home can sleep 6-8 people
On first floor you will find
A half bathroom by the front door entrace
A large open living Room with a large couch and a small area for exercising we did place a treadmill and some other exercise equipment for guest use, along with a work area with a desk , chair and printer
Large open kitchen / dinning area
you will love this kitchen as its a chefs kitchen with island 2 ovens, 6 burner viking gas range and wall microwave and dishwasher
large dining table can seat 6
Drive way can accommodate 2 cars but there is plenty of street parking in-front of
House
The back yard was recently redone, we decided to concrete the entire yard for maintenance reasons.
we do offer use of barbecue grill and fire pit we ask that you be safe and responsible, we do not offer charcoal for grill or wood for burning in fire-pit.
I will post more photos as soon as the final touches are done apologies just wanted to get some exposure while it's being renovated.
Renovations will be completed and home will
Be furnished no later than August 1st.

No Washer / Dryer access
laundromat is a 5 min drive around the corner and
Laundry Service is available
if you need a pick up please text me and I'll have the laundromat pick up and drop off for you.
Pricing will be given after pick up but before they start washing ..
AIRPORT PICKUP / DROP OFF is available as well if needed please inquire to ensure we can accommodate your party advise # of riders and # of bags.
Cost is $45-80
DRIVER / CHAUFFEUR is available as well for the day or night if you want to be driven around town or to and from event please inquire in advance for availability to book
cost $20-40/hr min 3 hrs
the house is spacious and great for entertaining, BUT PLEASE NO PARTIES ALLOWED . MY NEIGHBORS WILL CALL THE COPS LOL ....ESP IF AFTER QUIET HOURS
There is also a deck which will be available for use after we are done with the yard ...waiting on our privacy plants for back fence and shed ...so deck can be clear off and available for use
