“The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner. Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed……

“Staff and the rooms were solid. We enjoyed our stay.”

“It had some good, some not as good. Room was clean, bed was decent, good pressure in the shower and it was quiet. AC was slow to cool and kept it close to comfortable but that’s all it could manage. Coffee maker in the room, weak coffee and the condiments package had dried out sugar and creamer. No vending machines on the property that I saw. That being said, it was comfortable enough and the rate was very good.”

“The desk clerk was great! Very friendly young man. I went into my room, set my keys down, went outside to get my suitcase and locked myself out of the room. The clerk smiled and gladly gave me another key, assuring me that it was okay, it happens all the time.”

“This was an older property. Maintained well, beds were alright, air conditioning worked well in our room. No breakfast, no frills, just a cheap place to stay for the night. If in the area we would stay again.”

“They had no power when I checked in. I have POTS and can't tolerate the heat. I left to drive around for a bit and came back late evening to still no power. I had no choice but but to find lodging elsewhere before bedtime since they had no idea how long it would be out. I didn't stay even 1 night. I requested a refund 4 times (never heard back the first 3 times). Finally, I was told the owner refused to refund because it wasn't his/her fault their power was out. It wasn't my fault either. I know……

“Clean and friendly staff”

“We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account.……

“Everything was nice the only complaint is that we ask for more towels and our trash to be emptied and it wasn’t done. We took it out ourselves to the dumpster and went and got clean towels! Also the end door to the outside would not close so I felt was unsafe due to anyone could come in with a room key!”

“Yes . The manager was very nice and helpful . The breakfast was ok . I did like area . It was a peaceful stay . And great staff . I will highly recommend this location.”
