Outside, enjoy a 10x5 meter fenced pool (April–November), a boules court, volleyball court, and free bicycles. The first floor features a cozy living room with entertainment and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, a double bedroom, and a flexible bedroom (double or two singles). The ground-floor independent apartment offers privacy with 3 bedrooms (including one with bunk beds), a private terrace, and a second bathroom. A complimentary cot and high chair are provided for toddlers.

Property managers may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.
