“Anreise war an einem Sonntag gegen 19 Uhr; es fehlte an der Grundausstattung: kein Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine war nur ein Wasserkocher, keine Geschirrtücher, Abwaschputzschwamm/ Tuch waren nicht vorhanden, dreckiges/kaputtes Geschirr. Nur bedingt geeignet für Hunde, Zugang zur anderen Mietwohnung führte über das gemietete Gelände/ nicht separat abgetrennt! Keine deutschen TV Sender, keine Einzelbettdecken, Silikonfugen in Küche porös und schimmelig. Keine Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten!……

“Pros: Das Apartment war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer vollständig umzäunten Wohnanlage. Wir glauben der größte Teil der anderen Wohnungen wird von den Eigentümern selbst als dauerhafte Wohnung oder als Wochenendwohnung genutzt. Insgesamt war es hier sehr ruhig. Am Nachbarpool war deutlich mehr los mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Der Balkon war groß genug für eine Sitzecke und man konnte auch die 3 zur Verfügung stehenden Liegen aufbauen. Im Garten am Pool gibt es keinen……

“Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am kleinen Hafen. Vom Hafen aus gehen Schiffe in die Städte vom Garda See. In der Nähe, ca. 150m ist ein toller Kiesstrand mit Schattenbereichen von hohen Bäumen. Vorm Haus fährt ein Straßenzug ab, für 2,50€ , zu schönen Aussichtpunkten. Unterhalb der Wohnung ist eine Pizzeria wo man gut Essen kann. Die Pizzeria stört aber nicht, ab ca. 22:00 Uhr ist es sehr leise. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Klimageräten für Schlafen und Wohnen ausgestattet, sehr gut. Die Übergabe……
