「The property was in the best area of Madrid. We enjoy staying there. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs remodeling. It looks to old,but as I said before we had a great time in that neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores. Love it. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely. 」

「The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and updated with lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Easy access with passcodes, sent hours before check-in. Overall experience was outstanding! We will definitely stay there again when in Madrid.」

「Our experience staying at Ayala 63 was amazing. Very pretty apartment, cleaned every day, spacious, very friendly staff, walkable, in a safe neighborhood. Bed very comfortable and great air conditioner. Would definitely stay here again!」

「The property is inside a commercial building on the 4th floor, which at the beginning sounded weird, but it ended up being a good option for a good stay in Madrid close enough to parque del retiro, but far away from all The noise of la Gran Vía.」

「We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by. 」

「Great place on the outskirts of Madrid. 5 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes on the Metro to the centre of Madrid. Very residential area. Flat 12 was ideal with a large balcony to watch the local world go by at night. 150 pounds deposit which wasn't expected but not a hassle! 20 euros for a taxi to the airport. Well worth it. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.」
