“The natural environment is very good and comfortable. Check-in is convenient and fast. I like the weekend programs very much, but the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.”

“The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff was very welcoming. AC worked well. The staff was extremely pet friendly. The outside areas could use a little love. ”

“Well where do we start? The staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bad part was the rooms. Yes I said rooms, the first room we got had the smoke detector going off so we had to switch rooms. The second room, the beds were both covered in hair that did not belong to us. Unacceptable! The location of the hotel is next to a bar that has cars racing up and down at all times of the night and we were in the very back portion of the hotel. I can only imagine how loud it was for the other……

“Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it. When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.”

“Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast bar. Coffee was better than last time but I’d like to see a better tasting coffee brand would be my only suggestion.”
