Bath room door knob was broken and my partner got stock in it while I was out of room.
Water got shut off once, WiFi was weak, and strong smell of cigarette forced me to change room.
Not a good overall experience. 」

「Oda iyiydi ve resepsiyon personeli çok nazikti. Fakat banyo girişi ve çıkışı kaygan zemin tedbiri alınmamış ve çok kötü düştüm 6 gündür rahatsızım. Kahvaltı salonu çok soğuktu ve steril degildi」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...
