Kitchen has all cooking equipment you would need. The home also offers central air as well as WI-FI and cable TV. Laundry room with washer and dryer and 2 garage stalls available for use. One half mile from Wendt's restaurant. One and one half miles from TJ's restaurant. . Five minute drive to sea plane base (5202 Streich Lane, Oshkosh, WI 54902). Sea plane base has shuttle to EAA grounds.

EAA 2025 avoid backups/slowdowns from major construction on I 41. The property is located on Highway 45, a few miles from the sea plane base, which has a shuttle to the EAA grounds.
