“This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. “We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”

“C'est la deuxième fois que je viens de cet hôtel à Van et j'en suis très contente. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.”

“This place is by a night club and is so noisy at night. We were not able to sleep. Also, the apartment was not clean. There was a big like wine spot on the rug in the living room, and so many burn marks on the sofa and coffee table. We reserved a non smoking room, and we found at least 3 unused cigars in the room. Also, the bathroom/ shower was not clean enough and there was a lot of hair and other items! There.”
