「This hotel calls itself a 5-star, but it’s nothing of the sort. The only good thing was the view from the room. The breakfast and hotel service were absolutely terrible. Since there aren’t any cafes nearby, even if the breakfast isn’t good, you can’t go out to eat. The coffee served at breakfast was sour and had white particles floating in it. 「Wonderful stay, amazing food and lovely staff!
We had a wonderful stay at Puluong Luna Resort! The food was absolutely outstanding, in fact, the best we have had during our entire trip around Vietnam. Every meal was a real pleasure!
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged a fantastic private driver who took us around the area to explore the beautiful sights and surroundings. It was a wonderful experience.

「We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes
When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. 」
