「The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions about things in the hotel. I asked where the ice machine was for rooms on 1st floor?I was told I must take elevator and go to 2nd floor area where drink and snack machines r located, it's located beside them. It worked out 1st day. On day 2 one of the 2 elevators to go to floors 2, 3, and 4 was out of service. A bit inconvenient to get ice. but things break down, Ok. Breakfast was good, with enough options to choose from. I...

「I like this hotel and I will return for the next event. The staff was great the lobby and pool area were great, I was disappointed with the room somewhat. So the water in the sink was going down slowly, not sure why. To be fair I did not alert the staff. The room had a big empty space, I’m guessing some type of sofa chair. All we had was a desk chair. The iron messed up my white shirt. The shower up top you can see it was plastered, but not painted. We also had to put a towel in the tub because...

「This property was a delightful place to stay. I have rated as 5-star across the board. The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. We were told that if we were to stay here again, ask about the one or two rooms that DO have a separate thermostat.」

「This property was very clean, well kept and up to date. The amenities were very nice but what stood out to me were the people. Everyone I encountered was super nice and courteous. The gentleman at the breakfast area was on top of everything, cleaning after each person and very friendly. I also talked with one of the morning cleaning staff and she was very nice and friendly. Overall great experience!」

「Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

「The top floor restaurant has a very nice views of the city, and the staff were very pleasant. There is not much to see within walking distance, but the street it's on has a few nice retail shops & restaurants.」

「Great facility, great Italian restaurant 2 doors down. Lots of history on display in the B&B. Breakfasts ranged from good to great, all fresh-made on site. Coffee and soft drinks gratis on first floor.」
