Absolutely no smoking, marijuana, vaping, illegal drugs. This includes any of your guests you invite. Termination of the stay is immediate.
Smoking/vaping in the unit will be charge a fine $500., $1500 repainting to fix the smoke damage, fire depart service fees if called by alarm company.
No overnight guests are allowed. Extra fees will be charge for any additional guests that is not registered in the booking.

The property was lovely. The unit was fresh and cozy, had good amenities, and was in a nice neighborhood. I was able to rest and work in peace. I’ll definitely try to stay here again on future trips!
