This is basically self serve kind of operation. they provided some snacks free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. The common kitchen was in need of sweeping when we arrived. Bedroom was fine. Good value.

I love this place. The owner is incredibly kind and pleasant. Whenever I have inquiries, they consistently respond promptly and are always willing to assist. It feels like a true home to me.

The hosts were super friendly when we saw them. We really only needed a bed to sleep in for two nights and it was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I also liked the relative privacy and the security of the room and property.

I can say it was terribly bad experience. In 10 days there was no towels changed. Garbage didn’t get out. Internet repeatedly connected and disconnected. Other guests left their dishes unwashed and nobody was there to notify to wash them.

Lovely place to stay, very friendly and accommodating host. Apartment was very homely and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Good location, a short walk from metrotown train station and metropolis mall. Would be delighted to stay here again.

Before we arrived, we received a message explaining how to get into our room. But it also said that there would be no breakfast - which, for a Bed and Breakfast, did not seem appropriate. And there was no explanation, nor any offer of compensation. During our entire stay (five days), we saw neither the proprietor nor any representative of them.

Everything was excellent except waking up to the voices of the neighboring guests. The walls are very thin. It would be nice to have an 11am checkout, 10am was a bit early. The home is beautiful and very spacious. The communication with the host was quick and easy.

It was a great stay. You have free usage of washer and dryer and a kitchen. Everything is well organised and streamlined. The only downside was that it was often quite noisy mainly due to the family (kids) in the house. But all in all an amazing value and definitely recommended.

What you get is a good quality Queen size bed, Towels,adjacent Toilet and Bath facilities, There is no TV and/or Books or Breakfast provided. The location in South Burnaby is convenient just off Imperial near Royal Oak. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. If you are seeking basic overnight accommodation, this facility should prove satisfactory.

It is very clean and the room is comfortable. I also like that it has a really lovely back yard. I didn't like that the edge of the bed frame is exposed my son hurt his leg twice on it. But, a lovely place for a short visit and it is close to several restaurants.
