The front desk staff are excellent! Courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is noise from planes flying over the hotel. The hotel is well kept.

Only 1 person at front desk a number of times - They never answer their phone. Does not offer shuttle from airport to hotel and cashless. You cannot give cash to pay your stay.

The room was pretty good other than the tub drain not working well but the surrounding area and parking garage area were very dirty. Lots of garbage and cigarette buts. Seems like the hotel is more concerned with how many people they can have in the casino instead of cleaning up their grounds. The patrons of the casino dont seem to care where they throw thier trash or drop their burnt cigarettes.

Immediately after parking in the “guest parking” I received a parking ticket with in 10 minutes with no signs saying I couldn’t park there, hotel staff were rude and unhelpful, had to call back about multiple requests that they forgot I made, hidden fees when Checking out for they’re “free Wi-Fi and parking” turns out they lied about that and charged an extra $20 AFTER my stay. Bathroom sounded like it had an explosion in the walls that scared me and my partner half to death. Room service handed my the utensils I requested and literally ran (sprinted) away without a word after banging on my door 10 times very hard and loud and not saying a word. It was bazar. I recommend staying anywhere else at all. For the price I payed I could have stayed another night at EXchange in Vancouver which I highly recommend over river rock hotel

Hotel is very convenient from Subway the primary reason why I liked it. The staff in the Casino Hotel Chevk in very nice folks. The bellhop and cleaning lady was kind and helped us move our luggages. I would stay here again since there’s something to do like gambling.

Casino needs to be cleaned up. Access to hotel was from bus/ sky train was confusing. Coffee in room was incomplete and dirty. No free bottle of water.

Our room was sufficiently clean, self parking was free, and my kids enjoyed the pool but the windows in our room were filthy, the desk chair and sofa were in poor condition, one of the elevators in the casino tower was out of order (and, according to another guest had been for multiple days before we had arrived), and there was trash piling up in multiple outdoor garbages as well as in the parking garage. The elevator being out of order was especially inconvenient as there was a dance competition over the weekend that we stayed so the hotel was fairly full. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I probably would not stay again.

We got upgraded to a 1bedroom suite on the west wing with ocean inlet views. The room was very clean and inviting the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the view of the inlet. Unfortunately we went while the main floor restaraunt was under construction but exciting g news the will be a Gordon Ramsey steak house there in the near future. Only one elevator was working which would be my only complaint as sometimes you had to wait 5-10 mins to go up cause you can’t get onto the floors through the stairwell for security reasons (understandable) but inconvenience of sometimes having to wait for it to go up then back down as it would be full. Overall though it was an amazing stay.

Great location, connected to main train line going to downtown Vancouver and to the airport. Room was clean, nice and spacious. The enclosed pool is spacious, but they often ran out of pool towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Not much to do around the area other than the casino, but nice shopping areas were a stop away in the train and downtown was about a 20 minute ride away. I would stay here again.

Our room was in fair condition. Paid waaaay too much for no view and older room. The casino bar area to get a drink was ridiculous. Definitely had higher expectations for this place.

It was a beautiful hotel and property, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that we had a broken shower and had to get it fixed on our third day there. And that the planes overhead were quite loud, but besides this, everything was pretty great.
