Welcome to our brand-new 3-storey home with 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen and 1 double bed), 3 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen, full air-conditioning and two strong WIFIs throughout. Featuring all-new furniture and never-before-lived-in interiors, this house is the ideal retreat for you.

Free and plenty on-street parking spaces. Quick access to bus station (20m), and SkyTrain (700m) . Just a short drive to downtown Vancouver, UBC, Vancouver Airport, North Vancouver, West Vancouver and Richmond.

Thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort, the main floor features a spacious living and dining area for gatherings, while the upstairs hosts 4 quiet and cozy bedrooms, ensuring restful nights for everyone. On 3rd floor, you can also find a peaceful room for Yoga relaxation.

Free and plenty on-street parking spaces in front of the house and two avenues nearby.

Quick access to downstair bus station (20m), and SkyTrain Renfrew station (700m) . It's just a short drive to downtown Vancouver (7 km), Pacific Central Station(5 km), BC Place Stadium for the Soccer World Cup matches (6 km), UBC(15 km), YVR Airport(15 km), North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby.

- Grouse Mountain (19km, 33 runs, night‑skiing, great views over the city, easy access.)
- Cypress Mountain (36km, largest of North Shore resorts, 53 runs, strong variety of terrain, part of the 2010 Olympic sites)
- Mount Seymour (more relaxed vibe, good for families and intermediates, nice scenery)
- Whistler‑Blackcomb (130km, one of the top resorts in North America: huge terrain, varied runs, excellent facilities)

5 HOUSE RULES

- Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (If you have a special request, please message the host Roger)
- No illegal activities
- No unregistered guests outside reservation count
- No outdoor shoes inside the house
- No pets, no events or parties (unless approved by the host beforehand)
- No smoking or vaping or e-cigarettes; no use of cannabis, marijuana, weed or any drug related products indoors and within 15 feet (5 meters) of the house
- Waste and garbage
At the end the house side lane, you will see three big bins: green, black and blue
a. Green: Food residues should be put in separate bag, and be dumped into the green bin(without bags).
b. Black: For non-recycled items and pure garbage, please put them in bags and dump them in the black bin(with bags).
c. Blue: For recycled items (eg. glass, bottle, cardboard), please put them the blue bin with or without bags.
- Please put shower curtain in bathtub when taking shower at 2nd floor
- When going out, please lock the door and put the key back to the lockbox on the right wooden fence
