Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located just past the ocean course, this retreat offers panoramic views of the low country marsh. Most of our evenings were spent lounging on the upstairs deck enjoying company to the sounds of whippoorwills as the sun set over the marsh.The gathering points of the house including a screened porch, upstairs porch, Den with pool table, and the Great Room all had the necessary appliances to maximize your enjoyment of the space; complete with ice machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, and a grill. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave due to the completeness of this compound, and the remote location, making trips to Charleston feel like an unnecessary voyage.The property was immaculately clean and exactly as described. ESPM Properties was responsive and made check-in seamless, and they did a wonderful job addressing any issues that arose during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and having multiple refrigerators and ice machines throughout made entertaining effortless.We'd absolutely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a luxurious retreat. The only "downside" is you might not want to leave to explore the island!
