“Super nice place and a very convenient location!”

“This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.”

“The property was nice ,great views of the lake. The place of stay is behind the owners actual residence so dont be alarmed that the pix dont match the address given. The trailer was clean,well lit comfortable. Gary the host is wonderful guy to work with and he will go over the place upon arrival. Our only issue was the 2nd bedroom,its an upper crawl space great for little kids but a little tight for a full grown adult. Our stay was in the fall and a bit chilly so we didnt get the benefit of……

“The stay was fine overall. The host was incredibly responsive and I loved the guide provided to help find restaurants and things to do nearby. My concerns came in with the cleanliness of the property. I arrived at check in and while looking for the parking pass (that was not actually in the apartment and had to be brought to me the next day), I found a lipstick stain on one of the glasses set out on the table. Additionally, the eating utensils were not clean at all, I had to wash everything……
