“Room was of a good standard with stunning views! One complaint the patio door was missing its insulation allowing mosquito to invade the room and i got a few bites. Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel. “Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. “We loved our river view, balcony room. Enjoyed watching hot air balloons from room and river lights in the evening. Staff was very helpful in arranging pick up and drop off at train station, perfectly on time. Great location to walk to restaurants and cross river bridge. Beautiful pool as well. ”
