“Everything was lovely, great location, great facilities and friendly staff. My only quibble was the coffee machine in the room was broken and the shower smelt a bit musty. We only stayed one night and I didn’t feel I needed to mention to staff, but I know if I had they would have sorted it out. The bed was comfortable and swimming pool great and the restaurant was enjoyable. Many thanks”

“The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was very good value and the food was exceptionally good. There were renovations being undertaken while we were there but the builders had left everything tidy. We will definitely come again.”

“When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable……

Chambre à 2 lits simples au lieu d’un grand lit / vu sur l’arrière de l’hôtel un ravin en jachère et algecco au lien du jardin / pas de balcon en résumé : chambre bas de gamme au lieu de premium. J’ai réservé une table au resto mais plus rien dans les frigo/ pas de choix/ la cave à champagne vide / plus de glaçon / panne de tv / araignée dans la chambre / personnel en souffrance / et désemparé / fournisseur en……
