VARAVILLE / LARGE STUDIO CABIN FULL SEA VIEW
This apartment of approximately 32m² has a breathtaking view of the beach of Varaville / Cabourg.
With a capacity of 4 people, the apartment located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) offers you a living room (with sofa bed 140x190 and flat screen TV) opening onto a balcony with full sea view, a fitted kitchen (with a fridge / freezer, an oven, 3 induction hobs, and 2 coffee makers (one classic and one Nespresso)), a cabin bedroom (with sofa bed 140x190) a bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and separate toilets.
You have a private outdoor parking space at your disposal.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 50€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.
THE RESIDENCE: In Varaville, secure residence with direct access to the beach.

Vue incroyable petit studio procédure arrivée départ : nul

Petit studio avec une chambrette (le clic clac du salon n'est pas très confortable) Vue incroyable sur la plage. Plage à qq mètres. Logement bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine avec lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Bémol : bruyant la nuit à cause de la chaudière. Une notice de la chaudière aurait été un plus. La procédure d'arrivée et départ : nul! Passer par une agence, pas très aimable. Sinon, séjour au top!
