Leichte Gebrauchsspuren, Moderne Wohnung mit Außenterrasse

Abwicklung und Internetzugang waren top. Die Sauberkeit und Funktion einige Dinge kann besser sein. Die Terrassentür ging nur teilweise auf, die Terassentüren im Schlafzimmer waren im Rahmen nicht gereinigt. Leider war im Bad vom Vorgänger Größere Zahnpastaspuren vorhanden. Küche mit Mikrowelle. Von der Nachbarwohnung zog Zigarettenrauch in das Appartement, da Abtrennung oben offen ist. Schönen Sitzgelegenheit im Freien.

Herbsturlaub 2020

Nettes, kleines, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit einer schönen überdachten Terasse und kleiner Rasenfläche in einem Wohnpark mit Blick auf das Wellenbad und Weltnaturerbeportal; beides und damit auch der Strand sind in ca. 5 min fussläufig erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit der FeWo war stellenweise verbesserungswürdig; gelegentlicher Baulärm von gegenüberliegender Baustelle weiterer Wohneinheiten (die aber weit fortgeschritten ist). Insgesamt war es aber eine schöne Woche; gerne wieder.
