“This hotel is a gem!
I was very impressed with how well appointed the entire facility is.
The whole place looks newly renovated and very modern with the rustic look to it.
The location was excellent, right downtown.
The room and bed were very comfortable.
The staff was also very accommodating and friendly
I highly recommend this hotel and easily give it a 10 rating.”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay.
Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“Personal überaus aufmerksam und freundlich; gelebter Umweltschutz ; "pflanzenbasierte Ernährung" wird überaus angenehm präsentiert, so dass sie zum Probieren verlockt; Wellnessangebote sehr umfangreich und vielfältig. Nicht dem Hotel anzurechnen: wir hatten keine detaillierte Wanderkarte und mussten deshalb bei den Spaziergängen "kreativ" werden.”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“We stayed in the Timbuktu room. There was a shower which had a built in sauna, a hottub on the balcony and mist fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. The building itself was renovated had some of its historic charm but otherwise looked like a high end hotel. The pool was heated and lovely with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had. The location was fairly central to many attractions. We’d highly recommend staying here! The staff were……
