"Staff not over helpful, Hotel.com doesnt mention the rooms are located in pedesrianised area, so access close to the door to unload/load is not possible. Not anywhere close legally to even to park a motorcycle."

"Die Unterkunft ist einfach herrlich gelegen, mitten im Wald an einem See.Lilian hat im Vorfeld für alles gesorgt. Schneeschuhe, Eisbohrer, Eissäge,die Sauna war bei der Ankunft war, ein Essen stand auf dem Tisch. Wir danken sehr herzlich für all das. Das Haus ist auch im Winter sehr warm gewesen. ..."
