"property walking distance to vari and resort of varkitsa. we found a few shortcuts which helped. Nicos and his dad in adjoining property were helpful and genial hosts providing us with all the information we needed to get around etc. the resort area of varkitsa was ideal for all our needs with a good serviced beach resort compound plus a nice harbour area with restaurants in the evening. we found the food in the restaurants excellent with good prices/value to be had. we did a day trip to Athens...

"We had a very nice stay. The house is large and comfortable. It easily accommodated our party of 9. The location is fantastic with a patio view of the sea. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "Nikolaos and his family made us feel at home 🏡 They were extremely helpful in taking us to show us where to do groceries the bus taxis restaurants etc. so that we could feel a sense of independence and confidence to get around . The accommodations are very clean modern not far from the beach quiet neighbourhood and safe My favourite spot in the villa Is the terrace off of the top room featured in the picture so relaxing so beautiful definitely coming back to visit .
