J ai réservé 2 nuits d'hotel par l'intermédiaire de votre site les 17 et 18 oct 2014 et quand je suis arrivé à l'hotel, il était fermé. Et ça a été galére pour trouver un autre hotel dans les mêmes prix !!! Laurent MARES

К сожалению, я не могу оценить этот отель, который я забронировал. По приезду в этот отель на стойке ресепшин мне сказали, что произшла ошибка, что есть еще отель Royall biach *** расположенный в районе Журналист, с которым они созвонились и уточнили, что нас там ждут. Учитывая, что мы на такси из аэропорта приехали в отель в 3 часа ночи, ужасно хотелось спать мы снова на такси уехали в тот отель, где нас действительно ждали. Небольшой уютный отель. Но я бронировал отель Royall****? Поэтому описание отеля на сайте и в действиельности совершенно разные.

Far away from the beach and from the center.

Its the most terrible hotel, they are lyers and they do not have 4 stars. At first they try to present the hotel for the other hotel in the center of the town showing some pics from the real hotel. The real name of this hotel is not the Royall the true name is Royall beach hotel. The try to attempt to lye everybody.

Alles in allem was es in Ordnung, jedoch was man wissen muss ist das es viele verschiedene Royal hotel in der umgebung gibt und wir darum mit unserem ertstem Taxi fahrer an ein falsches Hotel gefahren wurden. Unbedingt Royal BEACH angeben. Was auch für überraschung sorgte jedoch mich persönlich nicht gross störte war das unser Royal hotel ausgebucht war und wir in das Nachbarhotel verschoben werden mussten, man sagte uns das unsere Buchung nie bei ihnen angekommen sei.(zuerst dachte ich das sei ein scherz, jedoch war das der volle ernst) Meine Freunde sind ein paar stunden vorher angekommen also haben die das schöne Nachbarhotel gekriegt mit (fast- privatpool & garten) und Sie hatten aussicht auf das meer vom pool aus. Jedoch ich hatte das zimmer im andern hotel indem man nicht auf das meer sah und das Swimmingpool direkt neben eine immerhin ruhigen strasse war. Meine Freunde und ich sind beide umgebucht worden vom Royal aber bezahlten gleich viel, für andere Hotelzimmer, es ist glücksache was man schlussendlich erhält. Ich find das nicht sehr fair. Zum glück konnte ich mindestens jeden Tag zu meinen Freunden in den Pool und mit ihnen Relaxen. Auch wenn ihr ein Taxi nehmt eine Firma wie Triumph oder Omega, die restlichen verlangen 4-5 mal so viel wir haben von unserem hotel bis an den Goldstrand manchmal 4.5Lev bezahlt und andere mal 25Lev. Ich werde nicht nochmal in Bulgarien ferien buchen weil es fast nur unfreundliche einwohner dort hat.(Das kommt nicht nur von mir ;)
