The hair dryer didn’t work and the reception staff responded cold just said sorry. The room is quite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is good."

"It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Reception was so unkind and rude. Whenever we asked something, she showed it’s annoying. Cleaniess of the room was not that good either. And wi-fi internet was so slow, you can’t watch any youtube clips in your room. I’ll never ever visit here again. The reception lady should learn what the service is."
