Location Location

The view was great, but the condition of the house was not. Listing allows 8 but no common area to sit together. House is in desperate need of upgrades and has ‘enter at your own risk signs’. Interior stairs are less than 2 feet wide in some parts and the stairs coming down to the house from parking is very steep. Enquire if you have concerns with mobility. We also encountered “unforeseen maintenance” issues, where rodent feces was present in several locations, including the high chair. Needless to say, our party checked out early.
