Very clean and organized rooms. Hotel is next to the Västerås Train Station. The breakfast was fabulous and the Staff both Counter and Restaurant are excellent and friendly. I recommend everyone to visit here while you stay in Västerås. Thank you for your service.

Overall a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, conveniently located with a proper Swedish breakfast. The lobby has board games and a table tennis with a nice lounge area and even has a gym. For me, the two negatives with my stay was the really soft pillows. Unfortunately the hotel only has the one type of pillow. The rooms don't have blackout curtains/blinds. It becomes bright outside very early (4-5am) during summertime in Sweden so I would recommend against staying here if you are a light sensitive person.

Wir waren für 1x Nacht vor Ort. Leider war das Zimmer bei Bezug sehr dreckig. Uns wurde Abhilfe durch erneutes Säubern versprochen, jedoch waren danach Haare im Bett und die Ablagen immer noch verstaubt. Die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück ist für die Anzahl an Gästen viel zu klein. Die Tische werden nicht gesäubert und die Qualität der Speisen ist ausbaufähig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn auch leider kein wirkliches Ergebnis dadurch erzielt werden konnte. Wir kommen nicht noch einmal wieder.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hatten immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Die Zimmer sind mit einem Fernseher und Haartrockner ausgestattet. Die Boxspring-Betten sind sehr gemütlich, man schläft wie zu Hause. Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen, wodurch man Bus und Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Man hat im Zimmer keine Verkehrsgeräusche. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr groß. Neben Brot, Müsli und Joghurt gibt es auch eine warme Speisenauswahl. Es gab sogar einen gesonderten Bereich für Allergiker oder für Unverträglichkeiten: Auswahl an verschiedenen Milchsorten, spezielles Müsli, usw.. Die Hotellobby mit Frühstücksbereich ist schön gestaltet mit Tischtennisplatte. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt, es gibt eine Auswahl an warmen und kalten Getränken sowie einer kleinen Speisekarte. Im Fitnessbereich gibt es ein Rudergerät, ein Kaufband, ein Fahrrad, ein Tower und Hanteln.
