「The hotel was kind of hard to find but other than that, the staff was better than I thought they’d be. Received the best customer service than all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip around Italy. They helped set up transportation, got us in our room early and were helpful any time we had questions. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.」

「In Rome, a well located hotel can really enhance your vacation. This hotel is perfectly located. Staying here meant that my group could easily walk to large numbers of famous locations, delicious restaurants and cool stores. 「从柏林乘飞机降落于罗马钱皮诺机场，入住离机场不远的这家酒店。原以为从这里进罗马市区很远，没想到从钱皮诺火车站乘火车（从我们酒店到钱皮诺火车站10分钟步行距离），15分钟左右就可到罗马交通核心特米尼火车站，而从特米尼火车站去任何景点和菲乌米奇诺机场都超方便。我们入住的这家酒店安静、干净，设施齐全。早餐很棒，而早餐厅的美女服务员更棒，热情、周到、贴心服务，我们很感激她，给她和酒店一个大大的赞！」

「I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the Vatican. There are good transportation options, and Stazione S. Pietro is nearby. The room was nice and tidy, and the daily housekeeping service was attentive. Breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would choose this hotel again for my next trip to Rome. Grazie!」

「酒店非常難找，是位於一棟大廈內，門外沒有任何指示或標誌，要看到門外按鈴位置才發現酒店的名稱，但是鄰近地鐵及步行可到萬神殿等景點，晚上也很安全。酒店人員非常有善，亦主動幫忙拿行李，早餐是送到房間享用的，送餐準時，簡單早餐，味道不錯。房間不大，設施尚算新，有迷你雪櫃可用。」

「It was very convenient for us staying at this location the first two nights we were in Roma. They have shuttle services from FCO for a very reasonable fee. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican. Very accessible to buses, trains, taxis, restaurants. I mean it was awesome. The staff from Valerio, who was very attentive, Friendly and accommodating to our needs. Thank Valerio for all you did to us. Clara and Samy were amazing too. You guys made our stay in Roma...

「Very accommodating and friendly. My whole group was super satisfied with the rooms and thought the staff was really kind. The hotel is on the second floor. There is a tiny elevator but it wasn’t working when we went, so just keep that in mind if that affects your party.」

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
