Appliances were great but no oven. So, if that style suits then you should consider as quite roomy.”

“This property had everything we needed for the two of us to enjoy a relaxing stay, although it is equipped to host a family with a couple of small children as well. The best feature is its location; it is right in the heart of the Old City, just a few minutes walk to the canals, outdoor market, Lake Annecy, and train station. We used the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. The shower is smaller than what most Americans may be used to, but the large tub was most welcome. Pedestrian noise……

“Drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. Had to use kitchen sink. Drain in the shower was so slow after a 1 minute shower water pours from drain pan all over the bathroom floor. One small of toilet paper was supplied. No shower soap supplied. I notified property manager about the sink. No one ever showed up to fix it. La Conciergerie du Lac was the property manager. Stay away from their properties”

“Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your……
