A great vacation stay
We enjoyed the stay. Spice Restraunt with the live music was the high point. Likewise the food was glorious. However the Sky restaurant staff could have been more helpful. The Spa staff was professional too.

Rooms are excellent but staff lacks coordination
The rooms are fantastic and a minor gripe is that the pools were not heated. The morning breakfast and dinner were chaotic. There is no coordination and the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. We pay the high room costs for the most relaxing experience but chaos at morning and dinner leaves much to be desired. The spa is good and in-room dining service is good.

Excellent Resort experience
- The staff is excellent & very friendly (special mention for Prashanth who made our stay great)
- The room (Cottage) was great & spacious
- The resort has plenty of activities to keep ourselves occupied
- The food is the highlight. The buffet has just too many options to satisfy everyone's taste
- There is live music during dinner which was great & the group which sang hindi & malayalam songs was great
