And the setting is incredible. Views of the verdant mountains and beautiful sea. My family and I loved the hike to the parking area. Not having a vehicle was a fun experience. “Tolles historisches Gebäude mit Flair. Wer auf Authentisches auf den Azoren Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad und uns wohl gefühlt. Frühstück ist spartanisch, so wie es eben auf den Azoren genommen wird, dafür ist es inklusive. Die zum ehemaligen Kloster gehörige Kirche wird nur zum Gottesdienst geöffnet, ist sehenswert. ”
