Located in the new area of Torre del Mar, just a 15-minute walk from the center and close to a variety of services, this apartment offers an exceptional experience.



Situated in Torre del Mar (Málaga), this area is lively year-round, thanks to its exceptional climate that allows you to enjoy the region both in summer and winter.



The apartment, in a recently constructed building and accessible without stairs thanks to available elevators, features a perfect layout. Upon entering, you'll find a foyer leading to the master bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there are two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds (90 cm), a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, and a second bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, there's also a parking space.



The building boasts a communal pool, ideal for refreshing dips during the summer season, subject to the regulations of the community of property owners.



Your pet is welcome with a supplement of €35 per stay! We also offer an airport transportation service to make your journey more convenient.



It's important to note that due to drought in the area, the municipality has informed us that we cannot guarantee the use of the pools, and there will be water cuts starting at 8:00 PM every day, with no specific time for resumption.

Buen apartamento

En general todo bien, apartamento amplio, muy bien equipado, en zona muy tranquila, se aparca bien aunque tiene parking. Un poco retirado de la playa y del paseo marítimo, pero se agradece por las noches. Cerca de supermercado. La piscina está muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
